Nestled halfway between Las Vegas, NM and Taos, NM is the small town of Mora, NM. Among a mountain setting, the Mora Valley Group gathers for Bible study, worship and to connect with others in their community. The group is led by Pastor James Coleman and his wife, Lititia who have served the Adventist church for many years.

Jim Coleman has served the church in various ways throughout his years in ministry. For some twenty years he was a Chaplain in the United States Air Force and held both stateside and foreign deployments as Protestant Chaplain credentialed by the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. Pastor Coleman has also served in both local church and school settings as well. He currently serves the Mora Valley, NM Company as a part-time pastor. He is married to Letitia and together they serve the congregation in that area.
