Hereford, TX, is less than 50 miles southwest of Amarillo. It has a population of about 15,000 and is distinctly known as “The Beef Capital of the World” because of the large number of cattle fed in the area. Hereford has also earned the title of “The town without a toothache” because its local water supply contains an unusually high level of naturally occurring fluoride. Located in this quaint town, is the Hereford Seventh-day Adventist Church. Its members are centered on the gospel of Jesus Christ. Through ministry and service, the Herford church is committed to spreading the gospel and sharing God’s love.
