The Ministerial Department of the Texico Conference is dedicated to equipping and supporting pastors in fulfilling Christ’s commission. Our mission is to help pastors grow spiritually, personally, and professionally while strengthening their ministry and congregations.
We focus on several key areas:
- Proclamation: Assisting pastors in effectively sharing the gospel with their congregations and communities.
- Personal Growth: Empowering pastors to deepen their relationship with God for more impactful ministry.
- Professional Growth: Providing opportunities for pastors to expand their ministry skills and knowledge.
- Church Growth: Supporting pastors in nurturing their congregations and fostering dynamic evangelism.
- Family Dynamics: Offering guidance and resources to pastor families as they navigate the unique challenges of ministry life.
Additionally, we conduct annual Elder Trainings, collaborate with ministerial leaders, and provide pastoral resources to promote ongoing professional and spiritual development.
