Pastor Ruber Raul Alvarez serves the Southern New Mexico district which includes the Las Cruces Spanish, Deming Spanish, Deming and Silver City Seventh-day Adventist Churches. Pastor Alvarez is a graduate of Southwestern Adventist University (SWAU). While at SWAU, Pastor Alvarez served as Student Association President. He is originally from Cuba and his family currently lives in California. Pastor Alvarez is a wonderful pianist and has a passion for leading souls to Christ.
