Michael Baker

Michael Baker serves as an Accountant for the Texico Conference and is an essential part of the Treasury Department. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and brings 17 years of professional experience in the restaurant and hotel industry before transitioning into accounting.

Originally from Las Cruces, Michael relocated to Albuquerque in 2014 and joined the Texico Conference in October 2024. His background in management and customer service, along with his dedication to detail and organization, make him a strong asset to the financial operations of the Conference.

Family is central to Michael’s life. He has been married to his wife, Rachael, since 2019, and together they enjoy spending time with their cats and axolotls. Outside of work, Michael is a sports enthusiast who loves watching both football and baseball.
