Michael Garcia

Pastor Michael Garcia is a native of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and a graduate of Southern Adventist University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Theology. He joins the Texico Conference from the North Dakota Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, where he had the privilege of serving and ministering within a vibrant church community.

Passionate about evangelism, outreach, and discipleship, Pastor Garcia is dedicated to building meaningful relationships and helping others experience the joy of a genuine, life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. His ministry is centered on intentional connection, spiritual growth, and equipping believers to become faithful disciples who share Christ’s love with others.

Pastor Garcia is currently serving the Las Cruces, Alamogordo, and Ruidoso Downs Seventh-day Adventist churches. He looks forward to partnering with members and community leaders to strengthen ministries, foster spiritual growth, and expand opportunities to reach others with the hope of the gospel.

Outside of ministry, Pastor Garcia enjoys spending time outdoors. He loves working out, spending time with family,  and playing sports—especially basketball. He is grateful for the opportunity to serve in the Texico Conference and is excited to see how God will continue to lead and bless the communities he serves.
